Ingredients
- Chicken 120gm
- Sunbay Chettinad Gravy 120gm
- Spicefield Mustard seeds 3pinch
- Curry Leaves Few
- Sil ginger garlic paste 10gm
- Coconut milk 2tbsp
- Chopped Coriander Garnish
- tortilla wrap 1
- lettuce iceberg julien 1pc
- refined sunflower oil 10ml
Slaw for wrap
- Red onion sliced 3
- Red cabbage sliced 1
- Green chilli chopped 4
- chopped coriander garnish
- Sil mayonnaise 100gm
- Chef's Art lemon pepper sprinkler 10gm
Indian Slaw
- Sliced onion
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced cucumber
- Chopped coriander
- Chopped green chilli
- lettuce iceberg julien
DIP
- Sil Mayonnaise
- Chef's Art lemon pepper sprinkle
- Take 100g base mayonnaise & add 10g chef's art lemon pepper sprinkler & mix it well for making lemon pepper dip
Instructions
- Heat a pan & add 10ml oil
- Add spicefield mustard seeds & curry leaves
- Add 10g sil ginger garlic paste , 120gm chicken & toss it well
- Add 120g sunbay chettinad gravy & let it cook
- Add 2tbsp coconut milk in the pan & finish the gravy with chopped coriander
Grill Tortilla
- Spread chef's art lemon chill sprinkler dip on tortilla
- Add 1pc lettuce iceberg
- Add the mixture
