Jamaican Drumstick With Demiglace Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken 250g
- Chef's art Jamaican jerk seasoning 25g
- Chef's art Demi glace sauce powder 250g
- Oil 2tbsp
- Garlic Cloves 5g
Instructions
- Make diagonal cut marks on chicken pieces
- Take a bowl and add 250gm chicken drumstick
- Add 25g chef’s art Jamaican jerk mix & 2tbsp oil in the bowl
- Add 5g garlic cloves and mix all the ingredients together
- Preheat the grill side of the BBQ on medium (or medium low if your BBQ is strong). Brush the grill with oil, if required. (Total cook time around 20 minutes in total)
- Remove from the BBQ and rest for 5 minutes before serving
- Serve it with demi glace sauce
- Garnish with coriander/cilantro
- Jamaican drumstick with demi glace sauces goes well with mashed potatoes
Demiglace sauce
- Mix Chef's Art Demi Glace Sauce Powder with 400 ml water & cook further
- While boiling, check for the desired consistency
- Reduce flame & simmer for 1 minute
- Your demi glace sauce base is ready to use for dressing
