Garden Fresh Fusilli
Ingredients
- 3 cups fusilli pasta
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- ½ cup mushroom sliced
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- ½ diced asparagus
- ½ cup corn
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and chili flakes as per taste
Instructions
- Boil the pasta as mentioned in cooking instructions and set aside
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan and add the garlic
- Add the vegetables and sauté for some time
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently
- Bring it to boil, stir continuously till it thickens
- Add the cooked fusilli pasta and garnish with grated cheese and basil leaves. Serve hot
