Ingredients

  • Oil 50g
  • Garlic Ginger Paste 20g
  • Salt 5g
  • Sunbay Rogan josh gravy 200g
  • Water 750ml
  • Spicefield Bay leaf (whole) 1g
  • Spicefield Black Cardmom (whole) 1g
  • Spicefield Green Cardmom (whole) 4g
  • Spicefield Clove(whole) 4g
  • Mutton 250g
  • Ghee 20g
  • Chopped Coriander 5g

Procedure for Mutton Preparation

  • Take oil, add spicefield whole garam masalas (from recipe) and add mutton and sauté for 10 minutes.
  • Add salt (as per recipe), add water and simmer till mutton is cooked (with lid on)

Cooking Procedure

  • In the prepared mutton (as indicated above) add Sunbay Rogan Josh gravy from packet.
  • Simmer for another 15 minutes. Finish with chopped coriander and ghee (as per recipe)
