Ingredients
- Chicken 450g
- Chef's art extra Hot and spicy marinade 30g
- Chef's art Crispy Cajun breading mix 100g
- Maida (Refined flour) 1kg
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces with a mixture of Chef's Art Extra Hot and Spicy Marinade & water
- Keep marinated chicken aside for min. 3 hours
- Mix Chef's Art Crispy Cajun Breading Mix & maida in 1:10 ratio to obtain a mixture
- Coat marinated chicken with this mixture
- Dip coated chicken pieces in cold water for 10 sec & place on perforated tray to allow excess water to drip off
- Coat the chicken pieces again with this mixture & fry in a pre-heated fryer at 180°C until chicken is cooked
