Paneer Makhani Sub
Ingredients
- Refined Sunflower Oil 10ml
- Butter 30g
- Ginger garlic paste 30g
- Spicefield red chilli powder 3g
- Sunbay Makhani Gravy 100g
- Sunbay white gravy 20g
- Paneer 60g
- Onion Diced 30g
- Green Capsicum 30g
- Spicefiled kasoori methi 2-3g
- Spicefield garam masala 3g
- Cream 20ml
- Subway sanwich bread 2
- Lettuce romaine 1pc
Slaw for Panini Ingredients
- Red onion sliced 3
- Red cabbage sliced 1
- Green chilli chopped 4
- Chopped coriander 20g
- Mayonnaise 100g
- Chef's art lemon pepper sprinkler 10g
Instructions
- Heat a pan and add 10ml oil & 30gm butter, Add 10gm Ginger garlic paste,add diced veggies and saute it
- Add 3gm spicefiled red chilli powder & spicefiled garam masala each, add salt as per taste and toss the veggies
- Add 100gm makhani gravy and 20gm sunbay white gravy &let it cook for a while
- Add green chilli & 20ml cream , stir it well
- Add 60gm paneer, Chopped coriander & 3gm Spicefield kasoori methi. Once the mixture is ready ,take a Subaway sandwich bread and cut in half
- Add one lettuce on one side ofpanini bread and add the mixture on top
- Finish it with adding slaw on the mixture
