- Sunbay Yellow Base gravy 100g
Ingredients For NoNG Mattar Paneer
- Yellow Gravy 100g
- Water 100g
- Cumin 1g
- Ghee 15g
- Greens peas 40g
- Coriander leaves 5g
- Garam Masala 5g
Instructions
- Take a pan and add butter, heat it and add chopped garlic
- Add peas, sauté it until soft
- Add 5g chef's magic, give it a good mix in ready to cook 100gm yellow base gravy
- Finish off with butter and cream
- Garnish the dish with kasturi methi
Instructions For NoNG Mattar Paneer
- Dilute yellow gravy and heat it in a pan
- Add remaining ingredients and cook well
- Serve hot
