Fish n Chips with indian marinade
Ingredients
- Fish Fillet 300g
- Chef's art tandoori tikka marinade 25g
- Chef's art cajun spice breading 10g
- Ginger garlic paste 20g
- Sunbay achari dip 10g
- Mayonnaise 100g
- Sunbay Gherkins 2g
- Spicefield black pepper powder 2g
- Salt to taste
- Spicefiled chaat masala to taste
- Lemon 1 pc
- French Fries 200g
- Chef's Art jamaican jerk seasoning 15g
- Oil to fry
- Maida 1kg
Instructions
- Fish Marination: Marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste,salt,pepper & Put the tandoor tikka marinade and leave for 10 min
- Take maida & add Cajun spice breading as per the ratio
- Add the marinate fish in the dry breading mix,Take it out and put it in a chilled water
- Add the same back to the cajun spice breading mix
- Put the breaded fish in the hot oil and fry till cooked and golden color
- Fry the french fries and sprinkle it with jamacian jerk seasoning
- Serve both fish & chips with pickled achari mayo
