Jamacian jerk chicken tikka skewers
Ingredients
- Chicken Leg Boneless 200g
- Sunbay tomato makhani 150g
- Chef's Art jamaican jerk seasoning 300g
- Skewere 2pc
- Butter 30g
- Leeks 10g
- Spicefield degi mirch 10g
- Spicefield garam masala 30g
- Cheese 20g
- Chopped coriander 5g
- Chopped green chill 5g
- Chopped ginger 5g
- Spicefield whole jeera 2g
- Sunbay Hari chutney 50ml
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pcs & leeks with ginger garlic paste ,sunbay mint chutney
- Add jamacian jerk seasoning and keep it aside for 1 hr
- Heat oil in a pan and char the skewer til it has good color on it and put it in the oven at 180c for 5 min
For Tomato Makhani Gravy
- Take oil in a pan add chopped garlic, ginger & green chilli ,saute them
- Add degi mirgh & garam masala, add sunbay Tomato makhani and cook for a while
- Finish it with cream & butter
- Plate the dish & serve hot
