Ratatouille
Ingredients
- Zucchini Red 100g
- Zucchini Yellow 100g
- Brinjal 50g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 1 medium size
- Tomato - 3 Cup
- Sunbay Pizza Pasta Sauce 200g
- Olive oil 10ml
- Chef's Art Pizza Spice Sprinkler 10g
- Chef's Art Oregano Spice Sprinkler 10g
- Basil - 1 cup
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high flame
- Once hot, add garlic and onion. Stir for about 5 minutes till onions loses colour
- Next, add brinjals, tomatoes, salt, pepper with water. Cook the ingredients well for 10 minutes until brinjals become soft. Keep stirring occasionally
- Once done mix in zucchini, squash and bell peppers
- Bring to boil and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes till squash becomes soft
- This may take another 10 minutes.Add the left over olive oil and basil leaves
- Saute and season with salt and pepper
- Serve hot
